Our physicians are available to become your primary physician for complete medical care. We take the time to get to know you and develop a comprehensive care plan. Our primary care practice is open to new patients of all ages: infants, children, adults, and seniors. Our office prides itself on unhurried and professional office visits as well as timely follow up.
We are available for the following on-going medical services:
- Office visits: same day or pre-scheduled visits at our Marin clinic, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM, open during lunch hours.
- Housecalls to anywhere in the Bay Area, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Complete laboratory testing: cholesterol, liver, kidney, pregnancy, mercury, lead, thyroid, glucose, and dozens more tests available.
- Radiology facilities: X-Ray, MRI, and CT appointments available promptly.
- Admitting privileges to the Bay Area's finest hospitals.
- Affiliated with the leading specialists all over San Francisco.

Dr. Yan Chin is board-certified in pediatrics and family medicine respectively. Dr. Chin is currently accepting new patients, and is available for new parent interviews. As your child's primary doctor, we are available for:
- Housecalls: When your child is ill, Marin On Call can be there whenever and wherever you need us to be. A housecall is a welcome alternative to the emergency room when your child is sick, particularly in the middle of the night.
- Regular check-ups, back to school physicals, and well-child visits at our Marin clinic.
- Any immunization your child may need.
- On-going care for your child's specific medical needs.
Marin On Call Medical Group understands the needs of today's seniors, and is dedicated to providing the much-needed service of housecalls in a caring, timely, and professional manner. Home visits relieve patients and their families of considerable burden, and provide easy access to care. Patients are able to retain their independence, dignity, and comfort level. We work closely with many residential facilities and case managers.
Our doctors are available to coordinate all aspects of a patient's care: access home medical equipment, a home nursing staff, or expedite referrals to the Bay Area's top specialists, including those who also make housecalls.
Hospital Admittance:
Should a patient require hospitalization after being examined by one of our doctors, Marin On Call Medical Group has admitting privileges or direct contact with many of the Bay Area's finest hospitals.
Should you desire, Marin On Call physicians take an active role in the hospital admissions process. We stay involved in the medical management of our patients' care from admissions to discharge. |

Yes, all of our services are available on an on-going basis, and our doctors are currently accepting new patients.

Do you have a nurse practitioner on staff?
Physicians provide all medical care; Marin On Call does not have a nurse practitioner on staff.
Our medical team consists of two internal medicine doctors, one family practice doctor, and one pediatrician. |
